The value for money at this hotel was great and the room was perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, right next to the bus/train station and close to Legoland. The staff treated us exceptionally well and were very friendly.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering more variety.

I was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. It would have been helpful to have been notified beforehand to avoid any misunderstandings. Despite this, the central location and variety of onsite restaurants were definite highlights. The playroom for children was a great addition as well. I would recommend this hotel.

During my stay, the hotel's location close to the train station and various shops and restaurants was highly convenient. The Italian restaurant served delicious food, and there were other tempting options such as Danish and Sushi restaurants. The staff at the hotel were extremely attentive, professional, and friendly, providing excellent service. The room I stayed in was lovely, with a quiet atmosphere and a fabulous bath. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great, and the dining area was airy and light.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center of town near the church. It's so convenient to have regular intercity trains to Copenhagen just next to the hotel. The cozy shopping street is just behind, making it easy to explore and find great places to eat and shop. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff at the reception desk who provided a consistently high level of service.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The room size was smaller than expected, misleading photos, odd and unfriendly staff attitudes, required picture ID at check-in or be charged a hefty penalty, complicated TV system with no access to normal live channels.
