The hotel’s proximity to the central train station made exploring Copenhagen a breeze. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. I loved having a coffee machine in the room for an early morning pick-me-up, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety to start the day. Plus, I appreciated the availability of bike rentals right outside the hotel.

Proper posh spot, right near Vesterport. The breakfast had a nice spread, with plenty of hot food. Only downside? The lifts were ancient, a bit dodgy, if you ask me. Still, I'd come back for the friendly staff any day!

Strong sewer smell in the bathroom was unpleasant.

Inconsistent room cleanliness could use attention!!! Noise from the nearby train station disrupted my peace!!! Air conditioning is a must in warmer months!!! Limited elevator access left me frustrated, especially with heavy luggage!!!

the noise from the street and trains was horrific, making sleep an absolute struggle. i had to keep the windows open because there was no a/c. Also, the first-class service i expected was non-existent. a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a nice touch after such inconveniences, but instead, i just couldn’t enjoy my stay.

Loved the spacious family room and its modern bathroom! Location was fab, just a pleasant walk to the metro. The luggage storage was super handy, making our travels a breeze.

However, the heating was like a timid puppy—barely there! Also, showering felt like an Olympic event. water everywhere but where it’s needed!

absoluetly horrendous experience. to start, the room I had was facing garbage cans—how delightful. and what's the point of having a shower curtain if it puddles in the tub? I expected a complimentary upgrade for this mess, but instead, I felt like I was merely a nuisance. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

This hotel truly surprised me with its fantastic location! Just a five-minute walk to the main train station and Tivoli Gardens. Staff were exceptionally friendly and provided a room upgrade, which made our stay even better. The Classic Queen Room was spacious, clean, and featured a very comfy bed—a lovely treat after a day of exploring!

Very central location, clean rooms, and welcoming staff! The breakfast spread was AMAZING! ! So much variety and the staff were constantly attentive. Beds were surprisingly comfortable too, which was a lovely surprise!

Everything went smoothly.

Just a short walk to shops and attractions, which was awesome! The room was spacious enough for two, and having an electric kettle for coffee was a nice touch. I had a great breakfast with a solid variety and it didn’t break the bank. However, the street noise was pretty annoying at night.

Great location, only a 2 min walk from the central station. The breakfast spread was varied and fresh. The staff were friendly and eager to help. Had a lovely large room with a nice clean bathroom 🛁. Definitely enjoyed my time here!
