The location was perfect, overlooking the canal and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The train station, which has a direct link to the airport, was also very close. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They even had tea and coffee available in the lobby at all times. The room was spotless and comfortable, providing a great base for my stay.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better for attending concerts at the Royal Opera House. We were able to easily walk or take a short taxi ride to the venue. Despite my back condition, the hotel was accessible and the staff was accommodating. The lounge area was clean and served complimentary coffee all day. The room itself was newly decorated and spotless, with plenty of storage space and a brand new bathroom with heated floors. The staff were helpful and even allowed us to check out later. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable accommodations.

Situated right along the canal, it provided the most beautiful backdrop for my stay in the city. I could easily explore the BEST tourist area possible in downtown Copenhagen, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. And let me tell you, the view from my room was absolutely amazing. I could gaze out at the picturesque Nyhavn every day, it was truly a sight to behold.

Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. the pillows provided were quite uncomfortable and thin, which affected our sleep quality.

It's also situated in the BEST tourist area possible in downtown, making it convenient to explore all the sights. The rooms are furnished with Scandinavian style and offer an amazing view of Nyhavn, especially the ones with views of the water. The gluten-free bread at breakfast was delicious and it is included in the overall cost.

The convenience of the courtyard entrance leading directly to the elevator was a bonus for someone like me who had difficulty walking. The friendly receptionist even allowed us a late checkout and offered to bring us coffee in the room. I can't thank the staff and management enough for their hospitality.
