absolutely not worth it. the food left a lot to be desired, especially finding hair in my burrito, gross. also, it took over an hour to get towels, and still, they weren't swapped out after the first night! i really thought an upgrade in room would have been offered after this disaster, but guess that's just too much to ask.

Unfortunately, the food at the bistro was disappointing. I found a hair in my burrito, which was pretty off-putting. Additionally, I had an issue with the towels. they weren't changed after my first night, and I had to wait over an hour for my request to be fulfilled. Overall, my experience didn't quite meet expectations.

Utilize the concierge for event planning and inquiries. they were very helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions.

Dublin vibes and a bit of a letdown 😕

The front desk staff were proper friendly, made us feel welcome, and the room was clean enough even though the aircon was playing up a bit. Had a lekker meal in the nearby Tucci's—totally recommend that place! The atmosphere in Dublin was buzzing, man.

A Memorable Family Trip with Friendly Staff!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay! The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the beautiful courtyard. A special shoutout to Bridget at the front desk for her warm welcome. Pro tip, check out the park nearby for some fun outdoor time with the family!

Beautiful indoor pool area for relaxation.

The dining options were a major letdown. Additionally, I faced delays in getting the towels I requested, having to wait over an hour, and they weren't replaced after the first night, adding to my frustration. The bathroom setup was awkward, with the light situated outside, which made for an inconvenient experience.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and hit up Nationwide Arena for a game. The location is awesome for exploring. There are plenty of restaurants around. The hotel staff was super friendly and our room was spot on. Don't forget to check out nearby activities like golfing.

One downside was the noise insulation. We could hear doors slamming and noises from other rooms, which was a bit annoying at times.

The place was pretty good, but the mattress in our room was a bit past its prime—really felt like sinking in. The indoor pool area, though, was awesome!

the courtyard was great! it was close to everything, especially the irish festival. the one-bedroom suite with two double beds was perfect for our family. we loved the outdoor area, which was very convenient. the indoor pool was an awesome amenity too!

the courtyards facilities were great, especially the indoor pool which the kids loved. our room had two queen beds, which was perfect for the family, and the location was ideal, close to the columbus zoo. the staff were really friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

the location was fantastic for shopping and exploring nearby parks. the staff were incredibly accommodating with dietary needs and made excellent coffee for guests. appreciated the heated indoor pool and the bar area for relaxation.
