Moreover, the staff were friendly and the rooms were always clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The breakfast area could get very crowded, so it is best to go early to avoid the crowds. Additionally, the lack of nearby restaurants within walking distance could be inconvenient for guests looking for dining options outside of the hotel.

The value for the money was great, with a modern, quiet and spacious room. The location was superb, just a 15-minute walk from central Copenhagen, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Menu for breakfast could use more variety.

We had a fantastic stay at Osterport. the staff, especially the receptionist, was amazing and went above and beyond to help us. She even assisted us with our luggage as we had our baby with us, which was greatly appreciated. the room was recently renovated, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. the convenient parking spaces nearby were a big plus.

My extended stay at Hotel Osterport was truly wonderful! I was worried about train noise, but I had no issues at all. The location was perfect, right across from Osterport station. The staff were friendly and the lobby was lovely, ideal for working or hanging out. Additionally, the room was small but perfect for me as a solo traveler. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a cozy and clean room at Hotel Osterport, despite it being small. Surprisingly, it felt secluded and peaceful, giving us a stylish oasis in the heart of the busy city. The lobby was modern and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Although there wasn't an elevator, it wasn't a problem for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and pleasant ambiance.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy TV space for relaxation and a convenient elevator. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with the subway and bus stations nearby. We were able to easily explore the city, and even rented bikes from the hotel for added convenience. Furthermore, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location, right beside a rather busy train station, within a 15min walk of central Copenhagen which was great for sight-seeing etc. The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were equipped with all the basic amenities, including a hairdryer as standard, and the rates were very reasonable considering the quality of the hotel.

This hotel is an excellent base to explore the city, conveniently located next to the train station and the railway. The close proximity to the railways might seem like a nuisance at first, but it is a small price to pay for the advantage of being able to walk to other sights easily. The rooms are impeccably clean and the service is wonderful. The breakfast is a lovely bonus, and there are many facilities that make the stay even more enjoyable for guests.

Only one minor negative point that slightly hindered our stay was the attitude of one of the receptionist staff during check-in.

We stayed at Hotel Osterport for a weekend trip and loved it. The hotel's location is superb, right next to a train station with easy access to the metro and trains. We enjoyed watching the trains go by, but it didn't disturb our sleep at all. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel also has a sitting room area on each floor with beautiful posters and photos, creating a homelike atmosphere. Additionally, there are supermarkets and coffee shops right at the train station, making it convenient for quick snacks and beverages.
