The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to access restaurants and other amenities. It is also close to the ferry terminal, perfect for those planning to catch an early morning ferry. the hotel is situated very close to the train station, making it convenient for guests arriving by train.

There were some maintenance issues reported by previous guests.

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location of the hotel, which was within walking distance of the train and bus stations as well as the bustling pedestrian streets in the town center. It made it incredibly easy for us to explore and experience the city. Additionally, the hotel provided a warm and cozy room, which was a great relief on the bitterly cold days. The fact that the parking ticket was taken care of by the hotel was a convenient bonus. We also appreciated the use of pin code pads for entry, as it allowed us to check-in smoothly even during the festive season when the hotel was unstaffed. The staff, though not physically present, were easily reachable and always ready to assist if needed. We further enjoyed the option of having breakfast at a charming bistro just across the street at the back, adding to the convenience of our stay.

The room was small and lacked some amenities, such as a refrigerator and a microwave. the shower had only a curtain which made it harder to not let the water splash outside.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to shops, restaurants, and the train station. The rooms, although somewhat small, are nicely renovated and come with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options. it's a convenient and pleasant place to stay for a short visit.

The noise from the street and other guests can be disruptive, especially in the early morning hours.
