The hotel's location was excellent, close to main attractions and with great cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and organized taxis and airport transfers. The room was spacious, clean, and we even got upgraded to a larger room. The breakfast had a good variety and delicious warm croissants.

I had an excellent surprise when visiting this hotel in the city center. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and cozy. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historical center. The rooms were quite spacious with big bathrooms and old style European furniture, which added to the charm. The bathroom was clean and tidy with a wonderful jacuzzi bathtub.

The room was strangely hot and we could not control the temperature which made it difficult to sleep at night. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was an issue as we found the toilet used by someone else right before we arrived.
