The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the train station and close to the main attractions of the city. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist us.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The location was incredibly convenient, just a few meters away from the subway. We appreciated the attention to detail and the value for money. a clean, modern, and good value hotel.

One minor issue was the ongoing construction nearby, which caused some inconvenience and made the area less attractive.

Christmas at the hotel was a wonderful experience! The cozy and spacious room was perfect for the holiday season. It was clean, warm, and had a lovely breakfast served in-room. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to the main train station and the newly opened subway station. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and visit all the Christmas markets. Another advantage we enjoyed was the good value for money, especially considering the average prices in the city.

The only downside was the slight smell of standing water in the corridors, but thankfully it did not affect the room. Additionally, there was construction happening across the road, which made the mornings quite noisy.

The service and staff are great, providing guests with fresh towels and all the equipment needed for breakfast, including a bowl of supplies in the fridge with fresh rolls outside the door. The breakfast is delicious, catering to North American tastes and specific diets like a vegan diet.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is superb, being very close to the central station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the rooms were impressively clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a jacuzzi bath tub for ultimate relaxation. Additionally, the attention to detail here was fantastic, with the complete kitchenette in the room and the provision of specific dietary supplies, such as vegan options. Lastly, the breakfast was a delightful surprise, with fresh pastries delivered right to my door each morning.

No significant issues to mention, everything was just fine.
