We absolutely loved our stay at Wakax Hacienda! The property is spread over 160 hectares of stunning nature, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the jungle. The preservation of the original Hacienda structure and architecture is impressive. The service was great, the food delicious, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived. The activities offered were outstanding, especially the guided tours with Gonzales, who was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. The yoga classes and sound healing sessions with Yana were also wonderful. We had access to bikes, kayaks, SUPs, pools, rivers. an amazing resort experience.

I had an incredible stay at this resort. the daily cleaning service was impeccable, with towels and clothing flawlessly folded. the food at the restaurant was fresh and incredibly tasty, although a little expensive. the location itself was stunning, with huts located throughout the jungle connected by gravel walkways with torches and stone walls. the beauty of the cenotes was beyond belief, and the daily free yoga sessions in incredible locations were a nice touch. the underground cenote cavern experience was also included in the stay, and we were provided with high-quality bicycles to explore the resort. the palace-like architecture and manicured lawns made this place one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. the front desk had a 24/7 service through whatsapp, making it convenient to communicate. this place was a true gem in the Cancun-Tulum area.
