The value for money was great, the room was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view of the canal. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Central Station. The staff was exceptional, making my wife's birthday special and providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The service at the concierge desk was exceptional. the staff members were kind and knowledgeable, providing excellent assistance throughout our stay. the hotel had a convenient little shop near the concierge desk, offering a range of items including postcards, treats, drinks, and necessary items like toothbrushes.

The hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality and service provided. We experienced multiple instances of poor service, such as waiting 75 minutes for a simple snack order without any apology or compensation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were understanding and helpful, even with our grumpy 18-month-old baby. The room service was brilliant and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room itself was spacious, with a big viewing window that overlooked the river. The bed was comfortable and the surroundings of the room were pleasant. The location of the hotel was great, right on the river, offering attractive views from the rooms. It was about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but the hotel also provided bikes for transportation. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of choice, served in an attractive setting. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to various sites in central Copenhagen, and the helpfulness of the staff were the best aspects of my stay.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of all the major attractions of the city. It is also near the sea, offering beautiful views. Plus, it is conveniently close to Tivoli Gardens. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is delicious. Additionally, there is a gift shop onsite for any last-minute needs.
