The hotel is conveniently located on a river canal, providing a picturesque setting for your stay. It's a shame that the view from some rooms and the breakfast restaurant is obstructed by a bland building across the river, but the river frontage is still a nice touch. the hotel is within walking distance of the city center, metro station, and popular sightseeing spots. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby to satisfy your culinary cravings.

One downside is that the sauna/spa facility was not available during our stay, which would have been a great addition to enhance our relaxation experience.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, including delicious pastries, fruits, and omelettes. The staff is cooperative and always ready to help. Bicycle rental service available for exploring the city.

The location of the hotel is perfect! The hotel is very close to a water taxi stop that provides easy access to different parts of the city, and also to a nearby subway station which provides fast transportation to the city center. You can reach most of the downtown attractions by walking. Also, the breakfast spread is excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold choices. The renovated bathroom is attractive and plenty of space in the room.

The hotel doesn't provide enough supplies like bars of soap.

This hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible to the city center area and metro station. The room amenities were luxurious and exclusive including a top-rated espresso machine. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of special diet menus with high-quality food that was fresh and healthy.

The service provided by the hotel was not what we were expecting as the room was not tidied and the towels were not changed during our stay. However, this minor issue does not overshadow the fact that this hotel offers private facilities that are upscale and with exclusive amenities.
