I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Copenhagen and I had a wonderful experience. This place is located in a very pleasant neighborhood, within walking distance to the center of the city. I loved being able to explore the area and visit the Christmas markets. The staff here provided excellent service and made sure all my needs were met. They were very accommodating and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived at the reception desk. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel also had great facilities, including a fitness center and a restaurant where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. I had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located, easy access to public transportation, good food at the restaurant, and helpful reception staff. Room was small but clean. Would appreciate complimentary tea/coffee and water. great value for the price.

During our Easter stay, we really enjoyed the cozy and clean rooms at this hotel. They may not be the biggest, but they offered a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. the large common spaces were a nice touch as well, allowing us to relax and socialize. the hotel's location was another highlight, with easy access to the metro and bus stops, making it convenient to explore the city's main attractions. Additionally, being only 200 meters away from Nyhavn was a definite plus, as we could easily stroll there and soak in the charming ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, even upgrading our room to a more elegant and spacious one. The location was perfect, close to attractions like the Queen and Nyhavn, yet tucked away in a quiet part of the city. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. We were also pleased to find a convenience store and several restaurants nearby.

I was very satisfied with the hotel's location, being very close to the main attractions, and with comfortable access to public transportation. Additionally, the room provided all necessary amenities, while the spacious bathroom was a plus. The staff's service was exceptional, offering excellent support with our requests while the breakfast had an array of delicious options to choose from. Overall it was a great experience!

Perfect central location near Metro. Great breakfast. Comfortable and fluffy linens. Gorgeous property with beautiful artwork. Efficient and friendly staff. Large room with a good bed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was nicely decorated and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast buffet was great and well-served. The location was fantastic, close to Nyhavn, shops, and restaurants. We were able to walk to the Little Mermaid, Rosenborg Castle, and the National Museum. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of street noise at night, which disrupted our sleep. The room was too stuffy, so we had to leave the windows open.

We had an amazing stay at this place located in the heart of the city. Here is in a picturesque neighborhood that is walking distance to the Christmas markets and other great attractions. The staff gives good service and is always accommodating, making our stay extremely comfortable. They easily made adjustments to accommodate our requests.

We loved the hotel's location, as it was within walking distance of all the main sites of this city. We were able to explore Nyhavn and Amalienborg easily, even on a public holiday when everything was closed. The hotel's proximity to the Metro made it convenient for us to travel around the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and assisting us with any queries we had.

We found the location of this place to be very central, making it easy to walk around and explore the city. The subway station was also nearby, which was convenient for getting around. The staff were some of the best we've encountered - they were helpful, accommodating, and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the variety of services available, such as room service, car hire, and laundry.

Although the staff were great, the atmosphere could be a bit formal for some people's taste. Additionally, some of the rooms upstairs may be difficult to access if you have heavy luggage or a stroller.
