We had a clean and comfortable stay at Hampton Inn Utica after a long drive. The breakfast variety was decent, although it could improve during busy times. While the room was cozy, it would benefit from better lighting and noise insulation. A good option for those traveling through, especially families.

the only downfall was that the room was not ready for check in. on a positive note, loved the spacious indoor pool (made the kids happy), comfy queen beds, and friendly staff always willing to help. those extra towels were just what we needed!

The heavy doors are a hassle for anyone with disability needs!!! Getting to the hotel can be confusing due to poor signage!!! More attention to room cleaning is definitely needed!!! The internet connectivity was frustratingly slow!!! The room temperature control was inconsistent!!!

Request extra towels in advance during busy times for a smoother experience, and explore the breakfast for special items like yogurt smoothies.

The room was clean and equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. Loved the cozy beds and multiple cable channels. The indoor pool was great for a dip, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Plus, parking was simple, and staff were quick to help with extra towels. Definitely worth the price!

Indoor pool was a big winner for us! And how cool was it that we had a walk-through to the next room for those needing the shower—super convenient, ja. Staff were sharp-sharp too, always there when we needed extra towels or something, real helpful!

The hotel was recently updated, looking crisp and clean, with friendly staff who greeted us with that warm vibe, much like a barista serving your favorite brew. Oh, and did I mention the comfy beds? It was like sleeping on a cloud—I might have tried to sneak one into my suitcase!

The staff were cheerful and attentive. breakfast was excellent with a great variety including yogurt smoothies and fresh juices. The indoor pool was a nice touch for relaxation.

The mattresses could use an upgrade for better comfort. and a more responsive front desk service would enhance the overall experience.

It was just a great fit for taking strolls in Utica with exceptional value. The front desk staff was really helpful, especially when they went out of their way to bring an extra blanket to our room before we even checked in. Check to see if any special requests can be accommodated during your stay.

the place was super easy to find off the highway and the room was clean. staff were really friendly and helpful too. had a nice workout room even if it was small. and the free breakfast was okay, even if the eggs were kinda bleh. the lobby was clean and inviting.

Had a solid stay in the Queen Room with two queen beds! The room was clean and had a nice setup. Loved the indoor pool—super spacious! The beds were comfy enough for a good night’s sleep. Lighting was a bit dim for reading, but it didn't ruin the vibe. Plus, staff were on point when I asked for extra towels. Totally worked for our group trip!
