We had a fantastic stay! The staff was pleasant and the rooms were a good size. The hotel was recently revamped with new paint and furniture, making it feel fresh and updated. The morning breakfast was great and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The pool was very refreshing and we had it to ourselves during our time frame.

I also found the hotel to be easily accessible for senior people, with handrails in the hallways and elevators conveniently located. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and patient, making my stay enjoyable.

I would have appreciated larger font sizes on the signs.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the room we were assigned to was not up to par.

The road signage could be improved as it was small and set back, causing us to drive right by and have to turn around. the driveway to the parking area could also benefit from some form of direction.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for a short business trip. The hotel's location right off the thruway made it incredibly convenient to find. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely fantastic. But what really stood out to us was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the reception staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a great one.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Utica and had a fantastic experience. The staff at Hampton Inn was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with amenities like a large fridge and Neutrogena toiletries in the spacious bathrooms. The breakfast each morning was delicious and hearty, with a different menu each day. And let's not forget the terrific coffee! I also appreciated the complimentary appetizers in the afternoon and dessert at 7 pm. my stay at this hotel was excellent and I look forward to returning in the future.

The one drawback I found was that the hotel was not obvious to find. 🧭

Spacious Guestrooms: The guestrooms at this Utica hotel were like mini apartments, complete with a microwave and mini-refrigerator. It felt like having your own little kitchenette, perfect for late-night snacks or reheating leftovers.

Air Conditioning Issue: The air conditioning was on throughout the building, making it freezing cold inside. However, the staff was quick to address the issue and offered to switch rooms.

Great stay overall! the staff was accommodating and allowed me to check-in early. I also enjoyed the benefits of my AARP discount, including a later check-out time. the room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for my needs. the whirlpool bath provided a great way to unwind after a long day.

Although my stay was enjoyable, there were a few downsides. the pillows were too soft for my liking, making it difficult to fall asleep.

The staff was quick to respond to my AC issue and even provided a complimentary toothbrush. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel facilities were clean. The location just off the Thruway exit and proximity to downtown were convenient.

Everything is what I need and want.

Convenient location for events and art museum. Friendly staff, clean rooms with large bathroom and fridge. Delicious breakfast, complimentary snacks, and dessert. Comfortable beds and soft towels. Nearby Denny's restaurant.

The concierge was super nice and helpful. The breakfast bags were a great touch and saved us time. Being able to see our car right outside our window was convenient.

Felt so welcome, no complaints.
