Perfect location by the water & central area, excellent staff, efficient check-in/out, bright & spacious rooms, great ambiance in bar area.

Clean and comfortable room with a spacious layout. the bed was large and cozy, providing a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist with any inquiries.

There were a few aspects that were not up to par. the soundproofing of the rooms was not adequate, as noise from the street could still be heard even on higher floors.

The hotel is conveniently located near the fjord, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. It is also easily accessible from the airport, with a short 20-minute bus ride. Some guests mentioned that the lobby was nice and that there was a fun casino with free entry for hotel guests.

Some guests experienced issues with the rooms, such as a lack of air conditioning and insufficient noise insulation from the street and party noise. there were reports of maintenance issues, such as a door closer falling off and a major leak in the reception area.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options. the location was very convenient near the city center and within walking distance to historical sites. the Christmas decorations were beautiful and added a festive touch to the atmosphere.
