The employees were very nice and helpful during our stay. The breakfast in the morning was great, with a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area. It was convenient to have a clean and comfortable hotel to stay in during our city break.

The room had a bad smell and there were handprints on the table near the bed. Additionally, the front desk and manager were rude and provided poor customer service.

The staff was friendly and polite. The cleanliness was awesome. The breakfast was okay and the hot breakfast was a plus. The location was very good, near the Tampa airport and to an event we attended. The hotel facilities were great, including a standup shower instead of a tub.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Tampa for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Victoria who made sure we could check in early and kept us updated on room availability. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed including a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast and a convenient airport shuttle. the friendly staff, comfortable room, and great value made our stay exceptional.

The staff at Hampton Inn was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Even though we arrived at 2 am, the gentleman at the front desk greeted us warmly and ensured we had everything we needed. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to provide us with to-go breakfast bags when we slept in past breakfast. The beds in our room were also incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

Staff, especially Francisco Sierra and Felix, were courteous and efficient. Breakfast had a variety of choices and never ran out. Coffee was excellent. Great location near Bahama Breeze. Friendly front desk check-in experience. Cozy room, clean bathroom. Short drive to the airport.

Came off a cruise ship early in the morning and got straight into our room - great bonus. Victoria in reception is WONDERFUL - nothing is too much trouble. Help yourself to tea & coffee. The location is perfect near the airport, but no airplane noise. Beds were ridiculously comfortable, the pillows were like clouds, and the comforter was super comfortable as well. The breakfast was very well done and the people were very nice!
