We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Tivoli. The breakfast options were abundant, with both buffet and a la carte choices that tasted absolutely delicious. The staff, especially in the breakfast area, were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, conveniently situated across from Tivoli Garden and the Train Station. We also appreciated the effort of the staff to assist us with the WiFi issue in our room.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the stunning views from our room on a high floor. It was a memorable experience to see the city lights at night. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near public transportation and the market made it easy for us to explore the city. The complementary water provided was also a nice touch.

One aspect we didn't like was the lack of blinds for the bathroom windows. Although the staff assured us it was not viewable from outside, it still felt uncomfortable.

We got amazing value for our money with a free upgrade to a spacious suite with stunning city views. The location was perfect, right by the central train station and within walking distance to both the city center and the trendy Vesterbro neighborhood. I was amazed by the upgrade they gave me! The view from the suite was fantastic, and the designer suite was comfortable, clean and well laid out. Despite a small misunderstanding during check-in, the staff provided excellent service and the prime location made it easy to explore the city.
