I enjoyed hanging out at the pool in the evening. The atmosphere was perfect for just kicking back after a long day. The staff was welcoming and always willing to help. Starting my mornings with a breakfast that had European touches was a nice touch. I appreciate a good coffee, and they had that covered. Being from Italy, I value great service, and I felt that here.

Y'all, that pool was the highlight of my stay! Perfect for night swims and the best mojitos I’ve ever had. The staff were just like family, especially Kiuston—made me feel right at home. Only downside was I heard way too much noise from the gardeners. Really took away from my chill time.

Had a few hiccups during the stay, notably when I was promised a late check-out but my room key was disabled way too early. Also encountered a situation where I'd reserved a room with two beds but was moved to a one-bed setup with a couch bed that wasn't made up upon arrival, leading to a frustrating wait and chilly showers. The sound of gardeners working around the pool was pretty disruptive too, making it hard to relax at times.

The hotel offers a great location with easy access to shops and tasty dining options nearby. Super friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and the pool area was a blast to chill! Breakfast was good, too, but it could use a bit more variety.

One thing to improve would be the check-in process. it felt kinda slow, and communication could be smoother during busy hours. Also, a bit more attention to room maintenance would be helpful.
