The room I stayed in had a wonderful view of the Ilmenau River and the church tower. It was a lovely suite, although it did have a slightly old-fashioned feel. The hotel provided two bathrooms and the wifi was decent. One of the highlights of my stay was the tasty breakfast, which offered a nice variety of foods. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the city center. Additionally, I found the pool to be well-maintained and enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I loved that it was within walking distance of all the attractions and had stunning views from the restaurant overlooking the beautiful river. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious. I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who ensured my stay was enjoyable. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it one of the best places I have stayed on my travels.

The parking situation. It took quite a bit of time to find a spot and it was located a short distance away from the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a superb location. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with coffee and tea facilities. the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. the hotel also had great sauna and steam room facilities, as well as an indoor pool. the view from the restaurant over the river Illenau was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Nothing not to like!

My wife and I recently stayed at Bergstrom Hotel in Luneburg for three nights. The room was lovely, quiet, and overlooked a charming street. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice. We especially appreciated the perfect location of the hotel, which allowed us to explore the beautiful town easily. The hotel also provided free car parking, which was a pleasant surprise. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

As foreign tourists, we were impressed with the variety of breakfast options and the friendly and helpful staff. The spacious and comfortable rooms offered a great view of the river and medieval houses. The hotel's central location exceeded our expectations, and the underground private car park was convenient.

Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.
