The value for our money was excellent and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location was ideal, with a beautiful beach and well-kept green spaces. The staff treated us like family and were always friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Juliana and Jenniffer from the Cocoa Coffee Bar for their professionalism and friendly service. The variety of dining options was impressive, with no reservations required. We enjoyed the pool, daily activities, and night shows, as well as the kids' club amenities.

We also loved the great service at the restaurant and bar, with friendly staff always ready to help. the spa was a great way to relax and unwind. the beautiful beach and pool areas were perfect for soaking up the sun. the resort was also very family-friendly, with lots of activities for kids and plenty of greenery and outdoor spaces to explore.

The rooms were in urgent need of a remodel, and our initial experience with a broken crib was disappointing. However, the staff resolved the issue the next day and upgraded us to a better room.

Guests can easily access refreshing drinks and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere without having to go far. the garden staff puts in great effort to maintain the beautiful grounds, providing a serene and picturesque environment for guests to relax in. the quantity of food served in the restaurants is commendable, ensuring that guests never go hungry. With multiple options available, guests can indulge in a variety of cuisines throughout their stay.

The limited hours of the pirate ship for kids may disappoint families with young children who were looking forward to enjoying this feature.

The beachfront location of this resort was perfect for a Christmas getaway. We loved being able to walk out of our room and directly onto the beautiful white sand beach. the crystal clear turquoise water was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Additionally, the resort offered a wide range of activities and amenities. We particularly enjoyed the daily live entertainment and the variety of restaurants on-site. the food was delicious and catered to all tastes and preferences.
