We had a great time at this hotel, it had a good bus service to the beaches. However, when we arrived, we had some trouble with our credit cards, just like another guest in the database. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not very accommodating and treated us rudely. I would still recommend this hotel for a short stay.

They even gave us excellent recommendations for local sites to visit. the clean room and fresh linen provided by the housekeeping team were a pleasant surprise. the hotel also offered complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch. the level of service and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.
