I'm a light sleeper and I really appreciated the comfortable beds at this hotel. The staff's professionalism was impressive. They even helped me find my lost passport! The VIP floor had delicious snacks that my family loved. The security guard even came out with an umbrella when it was raining to help with our luggage.

I felt super comfortable during my stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The attentive wait staff provided excellent service throughout our meal. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time exploring the local restaurants close to this hotel, perfect for business travelers like us. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast had a great selection, including delicious Dominican food. The pool and the poolside bar were amazing, perfect to relax after a long day. We also enjoyed the cigar shop on premises and the free cigar factory tour.

The gym was not up to par with the rest of the hotel, with old and non-working equipment.

The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They helped me change my room multiple times with a smile. The hotel is close to shopping centers and there are transportation options available, including runs at 5:30 am and 10 am to Almirante. The complimentary breakfast was good, although it could have had more variety. the hotel facilities were clean and the location was convenient.

Everyone was friendly, Uber accessible, pool closed early but got a few extra minutes in, great food a little expensive.

Felt like visiting family, nothing too much trouble.
