As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and well taken care of at the Serena Hotel. The staff was attentive and the hotel had excellent amenities such as a well-maintained swimming pool and a delicious breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in downtown Faisalabad. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens on both sides. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a huge double bed and extra mattresses available for the kids. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The environment at this hotel is exquisite, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. Rooms are equipped with top, of, the, line exclusive amenities, and everything was immaculate and tidy. the restaurant offered a wide range of options, including special diet menus, and the food was nothing but scrumptious. the service was beyond excellent, and the staff was accommodating, professional and friendly.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was the check, in process, which took longer than expected. Despite having requested an early check, in, we had to wait for half an hour because the reception staff was occupied with their personal discussions.

The hotel offers complimentary fruit and water bottles, which was a nice touch. the location, tucked away from the main road, allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was no luggage trolley available at the reception. there was some confusion regarding laundry service, as I did not sign a paper and my laundry was not done.
