As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and well taken care of at the Serena Hotel. The staff was attentive and the hotel had excellent amenities such as a well-maintained swimming pool and a delicious breakfast.

The environment at this hotel is exquisite, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere. Rooms are equipped with top-of-the-line exclusive amenities, and everything was immaculate and tidy. There was no luggage trolley available at the reception. there was some confusion regarding laundry service, as I did not sign a paper and my laundry was not done.
