From the moment we arrived, the reception handled us efficiently and provided us with all the necessary information. the bellboys were extremely helpful, guiding us and answering our questions about the local area. One of the best aspects of our stay was the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, the business center was a great convenience for us.

We had a negative experience at the beauty salon. the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional, with one employee even watching videos on her phone instead of attending to customers.

The pool and the Peruvian/Japanese restaurant downstairs were the highlights of this place. The sushi here beats the other top places in the city. The pool is a thing of beauty, preferred over other hotels. Customer service was absolutely wonderful. The hotel facilities and location were good, with fast internet.
