Everything was WONDERFUL. When we walked in, it smelled clean and everything was spotless, from the lobby to the room. The beds were super comfortable, the towels were soft. The front desk people were very friendly. The hotel is convenient to stores. There is a chili's about a half mile up the street. The gentleman at the desk greeted me promptly when I walked in. He was very friendly and made the check-in process swiftly and easily. The room was very clean, smelled good. The water pressure and temperature was absolutely amazing. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The ladies were constantly out checking the area and restocking the food as there was a crowd there eating. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we ever had. The bed was super comfortable. Well-lit parking area. Friendly staff that was always helpful. For once, a hotel room with plenty of outlets for our phones, fans, etc. The whole hotel was spotless clean. We really didn't find anything we didn't like.

I had a family emergency during my stay at Holiday Inn Express and needed a wheelchair accessible room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that the room was available for me and made my mom's stay less painful. The location was also perfect for the events we attended, including the hospital. The hotel itself was accommodating, enjoyable, and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating to all our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

While I had a great stay overall, I did find a few minor drawbacks. The furnishings in the room were a bit outdated, and the chair was not very comfortable.

Lacy, the hostess, was incredibly polite and made us feel welcome. Check-in was quick and efficient. The king suite was clean, spacious, and had ample hot water. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the hot scrambled eggs and homemade biscuits and gravy. The hotel's location in a residential area made us feel safe, and there were plenty of stores nearby for convenience. the staff was friendly, the building was clean, and our stay was fantastic.

Very comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Express. The staff was excellent and helped us out when we were stuck without a room late at night. Thanks to their kindness, we were able to enjoy our trip hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
