My trip to Santo Domingo was made even better because of my stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and always there to help. The facilities were really nice and the building had a great view of the city. Everything was really clean and ready for us to use. The WiFi was really fast. The location in the governmental district was excellent, with the sea just a 5-minute walk away. It was easy to get to the downtown area and other sights by car or metro. The apartment on the 5th floor had a beautiful view of the sea and city. it was a nice, modern and comfortable place to stay.

Multiple power outages during my stay, including being trapped in the elevator without electricity for almost an hour. Lack of basic amenities like toilet paper and paper towels.

The good wifi made it easy for us to stay connected, and the late check out option until 5pm was very convenient for us as adventure travelers. The door opening with a pin code instead of a key was a nice feature. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Metro station and other attractions. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the room was clean and quiet. The 24-hour security and daily room cleaning were additional bonuses.
