The staff at Radisson Blu were incredibly helpful during my stay. When I had an issue with my room not being fully cleaned, they immediately sent a cleaner to resolve the problem. They were also responsive to my flight cancellation and provided great advice. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a mall just a minute's walk away. I had a wonderful experience at Radisson Blu and would highly recommend it.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! Loved the spacious and clean room. the location was perfect, close to the city center and right next to a big mall. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a lot of options. Really enjoyed the practicality of the gym and the amazing Turkish bath and massage.

Enjoyed my stay in a spacious room with comfy beds. Loved the indoor pool with a view of Mount Erciyes, but the Zumba lessons were the highlight. Such a convenient location for both city and ski resort.

Too bad the staff weren't bothered to smile and greet me, and they forgot to bring an extra bed for my tired kids. Typical.

The rooftop bar can get quite crowded and smoky, which may be a drawback for non-smokers or those seeking a more serene atmosphere.

The view from our room on the 12th floor was absolutely breathtaking. The entrance and reception area were also impressive, with friendly hotel staff. The saltwater swimming pool was a great place to relax, and Nurcan Kök provided helpful information. Dinner on the roof was a special experience with delicious food and a stunning view over the town.

The price for breakfast was quite expensive compared to local restaurants. Despite this minor issue, the in-room breakfast option was a convenient and luxurious advantage of staying at this hotel.
