Everything was fantastic.

The resort grounds at Majestic Elegance were well kept and beautiful. The privacy for couples was amazing, and it felt like we had the resort to ourselves. The Elegance Club package was definitely worth it, with great amenities and service. The variety of activities, restaurants, and the endless strip of beach made it a truly enjoyable experience. Our butler, Juan, was helpful and made our stay extra special.

Although the resort catered to couples, there were communication issues as very few staff members spoke English. The service in some areas, like the pool and buffet, was inconsistent without tipping.

Excellent service, staff, and food. Manager Marcus was fantastic. Best staff at the steak house, especially Orlando, Adrian, and Reyson. Miguel and Pedro at the main bar were great too. Second stay at the resort, planning to return soon.

This resort exceeded my expectations for a relaxing getaway. The beautiful beach ensured a picturesque view for sunbathing and water activities. There were pools and bars galore, while the French restaurant with its live pianist added a romantic touch. The staff was accommodating, with the butler service being the cherry on top. The spacious room had ample amenities, such as a comfortable bed and powerful shower.

The resort could improve on their evening entertainment, but this minor issue is easily counterbalanced by the exceptional service.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Beach was clean and well-maintained with plenty of seating options. Temperature was perfect with a pleasant breeze. Room was exactly as pictured and everything worked.

Some things in our room weren't working properly.

We recently stayed at Majestic Elegance for a week-long vacation. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. Special shoutout to our butler, Erickson, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The resort is well-maintained and the beach is beautiful, although it can get a bit crowded with all the Bali beds and chairs. The Thanksgiving dinner on the main plaza was a lovely touch, and our butler Andy was very helpful throughout our stay. a fantastic experience.

My wife and I had an amazing honeymoon experience at this resort. Our butler Olbis made us feel at home and even gave us gifts. The lounges, especially the Sunrise Lounge and the Sunset Lounge at the Elegance Club, were great with a variety of snacks and beautiful views. The Piano Bar was a hit and my wife loved the snacks and tea at the lounge. The Asadito was the best restaurant we tried. The spa and gym were great, and the massage was wonderful. The beach was warm and clean, with plenty of lounge chairs and bamboo umbrellas. The nightly entertainment was exciting and lively.

Would recommend this hotel.

Good food, friendly staff, clean rooms and grounds, great pools.

We stayed at this hotel for a luxury vacation and were impressed with the exclusive amenities. The Spa & wellness centre was clean and relaxing and the massage was heavenly. The outdoor swimming pool was exquisite with ample sun loungers and beach umbrellas. We enjoyed the live entertainment and the bar/lounge area and the poolside snack bar had plenty of tasty options. Our room was equipped with private facilities, adding to the feeling of luxury. The location advantages cannot be overlooked as the beachfront was beautiful and easily accessible.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service at the restaurants, which was slow at times. However, the restaurant was still great and had a variety of options, including a buffet breakfast with fresh and delicious food.

The facilities at Majestic Elegance were top-notch. We especially appreciated the bike rental service, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings effortlessly.

We felt incredibly welcomed during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

The towering palms made the view all the more breathtaking, and there were plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas to enjoy the gorgeous weather. The bars on the beach offered exceptional service, and the staff was so attentive. The room service was also top-notch; I loved having the option to order food at any hour of the day or night. The bell staff and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and always on hand to assist with my every need. I also appreciated the laundry service and the fact that there were multiple dining options available to choose from.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
