I got a great value for my money at Ocean El Faro Resort. The room was beautiful and had a fantastic view of the water. The location was peaceful and the staff treated me with the utmost courtesy and kindness.

The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of meat options.

The facilities at the resort were amazing. The pools and water slides were great for kids, and the lazy river was a nice relaxing option. There were plenty of bars serving drinks all day long, and the variety of restaurants to choose from was impressive. The live music at the reception every evening by Sam the guitar player was a highlight.

Felt so well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

Incredible room, friendly staff, beautiful ocean view, multiple work surfaces, balcony hot tub. Must-visit resort with dedicated concierge, clean beach, unlimited cocktails, attentive service. Clean room, excellent bartenders, fantastic waiters, good food and alcohol. Variety of activities, large buffet, included specialty restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff.

I gotta say, my stay at the Ocean El Faro Resort was worth every penny! The room was fantastic, with a beach view and a spacious balcony. The location was also great, with beautiful pools and a stunning beach area. The staff treated us like royalty, from check-in with Jeremy to our amazing waiter Richard B. and even our awesome housekeeper. They made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Plus, there were so many activities to do, day and night, that we were never bored. And let me tell you, the food at the El Mercado Buffet was out of this world, with tropical island flavors that truly immersed us in the local culture. Hats off to the incredible waiters and chefs for making our dining experience unforgettable.

Hotel breakfast could have been better. It would've been nice to have more variety and options to choose from.

The staff provided excellent service and the property was beautiful. Housekeeping replenished toiletries and mini bar daily. Breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and attentive. The hotel area was spacious with multiple pools and a lazy river. The spa, gym, and rooms were all impressive. a very pleasing experience. Thank you!

My stay at this resort was truly incredible. The location was great, with breathtaking views of a distant cove and a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. I loved the variety of food options, especially at the buffet "Market" where I could indulge in different types of culinary delights. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and an immaculate bathroom. The excellent service from the staff was memorable, especially during breakfast where they provided us with fresh treats and a welcoming smile. The facilities such as the spa and pools were top-notch, ensuring a truly fulfilling stay.

The only downside of my stay was the occasional miscommunication with the butler service, which caused some delays and confusion.

The pools are delightful, complete with slides for the little ones and a lazy river to relax in. There are plenty of bars serving drinks all day long, ensuring you never go thirsty. The variety of restaurants is impressive, with options like sushi, steakhouse, French. The live music in the evenings, particularly Sam the guitar player, provided a fantastic ambiance.

Had an amazing time during our Christmas vacation! the pool was absolutely beautiful and the walking and restaurant area were also very nice. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind. We also enjoyed the delicious food that was offered at the various dining options. the buffet was our favorite, serving a wide variety of tasty dishes. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and pool, and the overall ambiance of the resort was delightful.

There were some aspects of our stay that could have been improved. the customer service was lacking, with staff members not speaking English well and forgetting about our requests.
