The beach was stunning with beautiful water and sand. The gardens and overall property were well-maintained. There were plenty of diverse restaurant options to choose from, with some standout options like Passion, Vento, and Bana. The gym setup was good, although it could benefit from additional equipment. The beach and sea were well-maintained and provided an amazing experience. The personal butler service was a nice touch. The size of the room was spacious and comfortable.

I recently stayed at Paradisus in Punta Cana for my anniversary and it was excellent. The room was very comfortable and the dinner at the Japanese restaurant was fantastic. The bar had excellent drinks and the restaurant that opened after lunch was also great. The property had beautiful views and the staff, especially our butler Matiel, were amazing. He made our stay enjoyable and even decorated the room for my partner's birthday. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at Paradisus, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, with a lovely garden and a pristine beach. Our room had an incredible ocean view that took our breath away. The variety of restaurants is impressive, especially Passion, Vento, and Bana. The resort had a beautiful landscape and was well maintained. the beachfront was wide and deep with plenty of chairs and shaded areas. the pool was recently renovated and never felt crowded. the bartenders at the pool were entertaining and friendly.

The communication and organization at the resort was poor. the food quality and room service orders were not good.

I stayed at Paradisus for a week and it was incredible! The staff was amazing, from the cooks to the friendly royal service staff. The beach was one of the best I've been to, and Gabi Beach had the most delicious food for all meals. The property grounds were lush and beautiful, with a great pool and a fun beach party. The atmosphere was perfect and the staff made sure we had an amazing stay. We will definitely be back!

The lobby and ala carte restaurants were excellent. The staff was friendly and the beach bbq was enjoyable. The gym was a nice place to work out. The rooms were spacious and clean, although one of the rooms had a non-functional shower.

The facilities at Paradisus Punta Cana Resort were outstanding, providing everything we needed for a great stay. The check-in/check-out process was smooth, and they even offered us an extra hour before checkout. The rooms were comfortable, and the Japanese restaurant served delicious food. The bar drinks were excellent, and there was another restaurant open after lunch. We also appreciated the effort they made to accommodate us in the a la carte restaurants when they were full. it was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
