The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was right on the beach, allowing us to easily access the stunning shoreline whenever we wanted. the hotel was conveniently close to everything, making it easy for us to explore the area and have a great time. The room we stayed in was well-appointed and had a spacious balcony with breathtaking views, providing the perfect setting for relaxation.

This lack of fresh towels, sheets, and linens, combined with the floors becoming dirty from constant beach visits, hindered our comfort and overall satisfaction with the stay.

The facilities were outstanding, with access to both the Presidential Suites and Imperial Suites. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool by the ocean with a bar. The staff was kind and helpful, providing great service. The meals were delicious and the room was spacious, clean, and of top quality.

The hotel is in an ideal spot, right by the beach, making it very convenient for beach lovers. You can easily walk to the beach restaurant from the hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable, with spacious balconies offering beautiful views. The poolside area is also quite nice, with a bar and food available.

The lack of housekeeping services, such as fresh towels and sheets, for an entire week is unacceptable.

We spent our Christmas holiday at a resort and really enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival and the festive decorations throughout the property. The location of the resort was great as it was close to popular shops and restaurants. The pool was a decent size and we liked the fact that there were several pool chairs available.

The food did not meet our expectations as we were served the same dishes repeatedly. We also did not appreciate the pushy approach of the staff in promoting their club, which took up most of our morning.
