Travelled for a funeral, stayed three nights at Hyatt House. Excellent staff, chatty shuttle drivers, and clean rooms with laundry. Helpful day driver cleaning busy dining area. Breakfast had plenty of choices and seating. Graciously allowed late checkout for funeral time constraints. Spacious room for six people and 2 dogs, plus small kitchen with full fridge. Convenient location with elegant design, close to late-night dining. Cons: Strongly recommend this hotel.

I always return for the cozy stay and excellent service. Staff even got me a local taxi number once. the place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a bar. Coming back for New Year's!

Towels and luggage carts might be hard to come by, and there have been complaints about cleanliness.

The breakfast was decent and provided a basic mix of hot and cold meals, which was suitable enough to fill the stomach. the location was quite central and was just a short drive to the airport, which was very convenient. the room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay.

there were no luggage carts available, and the towels were not fully stocked in the room. the air conditioning was not properly set up, and the room became very humid, causing discomfort during sleep.

We loved our stay at Hyatt House! The room was clean and spacious, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The included breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The location was convenient for our early flight out of San Jose. Although the hotel staff wasn't able to locate our left item, the rest of our experience was outstanding. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
