I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right by the sea front and in the heart of everything. The service was exceptional with first class service from the moment I checked in. The room amenities were outstanding, with everything from a mini-bar to a balcony providing the perfect level of comfort. The staff were always on hand to help me with anything I needed and I loved the entertainment and facilities available on-site, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre.

Great value for money, excellent staff, high level of facilities and comfort. Club Access level upgrade offered wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of choices and opportunity for custom omelets. Nice accommodations and great spa amenities with sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. Young new employees demonstrated great customer service and hospitality.

Excellent customer service from the moment we checked in until we left. The rooms were clean, bright, and spacious with 2 queen beds. Access to the club lounge on the 10th floor was a great perk. Special mentions to Jose, Javier, Alfredo, and Polo for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.
