I was pleasantly surprised by the value and affordability of my recent stay at Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort. The two-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, water view, and private bath was amazing for the price. The beds were comfortable and the decor felt homey and relaxing. The location was also great, allowing easy exploration of Midcoast Maine. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this resort.

Great location, cozy room with double doors to a river-facing patio. Large room with comfortable bed. Good restaurant on site. Efficient check-in process and helpful staff. Quiet complex by the river, close to Boothbay and Bath.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location down in the Cape was excellent, as it was close to many sights and right on the river. The view from the dock was simply stunning. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that my room was always clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the various amenities provided, such as the heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions.

The room was comfortable and cozy, with a beach-y feel. the beachfront location was a key advantage and was perfect for enjoying the sunset. the room also provided breakfast vouchers for a nearby market with a great selection of baked goods and drinks.

The room was not properly equipped for the number of guests booked, as there were not enough towels provided. Additionally, the room had some maintenance issues, such as a non-functional toaster.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing view over the river from our room. The size and comfort of the room were perfect for us. We also enjoyed the breakfast vouchers provided at Woodsong Market, which had delicious coffee, tea, and a great selection of baked goods. The location was ideal for exploring mid coast Maine, and having a car made it easy to get around.

We felt immediately at home at Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort, and there was no reason for us to complain.

We loved that our room had a beautiful view and a spa tub where we could relax. The sofa in the room allowed us to admire the view while watching TV. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't hear any noise from other guests. Parking was easy and convenient. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. The room decor had a classic "Cape" look, which we found clean and comfortable. The check-in service was efficient and they even extended our check out time so we could watch the World Cup game in our room. The complimentary breakfast at Woodsong Market was a hidden gem with delicious pastries and organic teas.

We felt lucky to have no complaints at all during our stay.

The location of this place is amazing, right on the water's edge. It's also very close to bars and restaurants, making it easy to find something to eat. The service here is great, with housekeeping making sure my room was spotless. The free wi-fi in rooms was a plus.

I loved the pet-friendly Lodge units with a patio and dock access. The towels were the best ever! Quick access to Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta. The unit was very clean and had a separate living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and dining area. recommend staying here.

The view was beautiful, comfortable beds, convenient parking, lovely room decor, complimentary breakfasts were delicious.

Located near a river, this hotel offers breathtaking water views. Perfectly placed next to bars, restaurants, and the Route 1 bridge, it's an ideal spot for experiencing Mid-Coast Maine. Rooms are clean and well-equipped - some with kitchenettes and jetted tubs. Staff is accommodating and very friendly. Continental breakfast is available, and while not extensive it provides adequate choices.

One aspect of the hotel could be improved.

The hotel offered two complementary cocktails which were a nice touch. the hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to the shops and restaurants. the view was also quite nice from the room.

The worst thing about the hotel was that the walls were extremely thin and I could hear everything from the rooms next to me. the room was quite small and felt cramped.
