The pool, cocktails, food selection, and entertainment were all top-notch. Cons: Totally recommend this hotel.

The food was exceptional, truly one of the best all-inclusive dining experiences I've had. the location was ideal, not too far from the airport, making the commute convenient. the hotel's pool was fantastic, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere to unwind during my stay.

Room service ended quite early, at 10:30 pm, which was a bit inconvenient considering the bar served drinks until midnight. Additionally, there was a recurring issue with water leaking from the showers in the rooms, which was not only a nuisance but also caused water to flow into the bedroom area.

Serenade offered varied pool and beach areas with different atmospheres, ensuring ample space. the presence of multiple support staff, including security, contributed to a sense of safety and maintenance. the newer adult-only buildings were well-kept and provided a pleasant stay.

Buffet lacked vegetable variety. Noise issues required room changes.
