Great location close to shopping district. Convenient access to various malls next door. The breakfast spread was wonderful and the staff excels in customer service. The room was comfortable even for prolonged stays.

The gym facilities were outdated and could use an upgrade.

Head chef personally greets guests, adding a personal touch to the experience. First-class breakfast with a wide range of options at Delhi Pavilion. 24-hour dining option available for those who want to eat anytime. Helpful staff who assisted with finding cardboard boxes and packing tape. Received a beautiful embroidered cushion as a gift personalized with our names.

Had a wonderful xmas vacay at an amazing hotel near a great mall in a convenient location. the staff was helpful, friendly and all about making sure I had the best stay. I loved the complimentary breakfast and the coffee was amazing. the room was clean, comfortable and felt luxurious. One other plus was the well-stocked loo!

The limited in-room dining menu. surprised that the wifi was not free.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with hospitality and warmth from the staff. the luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the Spa and wellness centre, where we indulged in massages that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool was also a highlight and provided a serene escape from the bustling city. the leisure/ TV room was a great place to unwind after a busy day of exploring.
