I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service at this hotel. The concierge staff were helpful and accommodating, finding a solution to an issue with my room. The hotel is conveniently located next to a modern shopping mall. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Great dining options with a variety of delicious South Indian cuisine at Dakshin. Knowledgeable and attentive wait staff who explain the food in detail. Head chef personally greets guests, adding a personal touch to the experience. First-class breakfast with a wide range of options at Delhi Pavilion. 24-hour dining option available for those who want to eat anytime. Helpful staff who assisted with finding cardboard boxes and packing tape. Received a beautiful embroidered cushion as a gift personalized with our names.

Had a wonderful xmas vacay at an amazing hotel near a great mall in a convenient location. The staff was helpful, friendly and all about making sure I had the best stay. I loved the complimentary breakfast and the coffee was amazing. , the room was clean, comfortable and felt luxurious. One other plus was the well-stocked loo!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with hospitality and warmth from the staff. The luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the Spa and wellness centre, where we indulged in massages that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool was also a highlight and provided a serene escape from the bustling city. The leisure/ TV room was a great place to unwind after a busy day of exploring. We were impressed with the room advantages, including the well-appointed private facilities.

Despite this minor issue, the in-room breakfast was excellent and offered us a wide variety of options to choose from.
