the only highlights of my stay were the beach and clean areas, but after dealing with rusted gym equipment and rude staff when ordering drinks, I couldn’t help but feel neglected, where was my complimentary upgrade? it’s baffling how a place like this can completely disregard comfort. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

staying at vik hotel arena blanca was an absoluteley disappointing experience. first, the gym was dark and dirty, which totally ruined my workout. second, it was shocking to see beggers on the beach—who even thought that was acceptable? lastly, i expected to receive a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but of course, i was treated like everyone else. just couldn’t give a good review.

I was highly disappointed with the lack of maintenance at the VIK Hotel Arena Blanca. My room felt outdated, and I encountered plumbing issues in the bathroom that took days to address. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, which made staying connected incredibly frustrating.

I loved waking up to the sight of the ocean from my room. The outdoor restaurants provided tasty meals with lots of variety, especially enjoyed the beachside grill for lunch!

However, I did encounter some disappointments. The gym equipment was rusty and needed updating, and the entertainment options fell a bit short during the day.

The beach access was fantastic and perfectly clean, making for a great spot to relax.

There was no pool bar available, which significantly limited our options for refreshing drinks while enjoying the sun.

The large pool and beach access were highlights! Also, the dining room staff provided excellent service during my stay.

This was just a top selection for a city escape in Punta Cana with decent value for money. The cleaning staff were very nice and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Make sure to request a room in building 5 for easy access to the beach.

The food was a delightful surprise with a fantastic array of options from the buffet to outdoor dining. The pool is expansive, and the beach was well-maintained though a few seaweeds lingered. The oceanfront suite was cozy, although a bit noisy. Appreciated the attentive staff who made our stay enjoyable.

I had a lovely 4-night stay! The beach was gorgeous and the food at the a-la-carte restaurant was phenomenal. However, the pool needs repairs as some tiles are peeling.

The food was excellent, and I was thrilled when the staff went out of their way to make my birthday special! I enjoyed both the relaxing massages and the beachfront sun loungers during my stay. Just a heads up, the dinner options could be a bit hit or miss, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 🎉

vik hotel arena blanca is such a beautiful place! the ocean view from my superior single room was breathtaking. i loved the ala carte restaurant, especially the quesadillas and fajitas on mexican night. the beach is amazing, and the spa offers some really great therapeutic and beauty services.

The food variety was quite impressive, and the beach access was lovely. The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the nightly shows. A little tip, excursions from the beach save you a pretty penny compared to the hotel prices!

Internet was about as reliable as a paper umbrella in a rainstorm. The shower water pressure? Let's just say, it gets very personal after multiple flushes!
