We had an absolutely amazing time at the Grand Hotel Timeo. As foreign tourists, we were impressed by the exceptional customer care and service. The staff, especially Mr. Carmelo, showed incredible kindness during our arrival and departure. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a beautiful terrace for enjoying Aperetivo hour. The hotel was well-organized and had everything we needed, including different socket plugs, luxurious bathroom amenities, and thick towels. The breakfast buffet was great, with the option of having freshly made eggs. the hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with an unforgettable experience.

We felt special during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever!

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxury hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is very elegant and the rooms were excellent. We had a fantastic night's sleep and felt like we were at home. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful, with its own bar. The restaurant was superb and the waiters provided outstanding service. The breakfast on the terrace was absolutely delicious, with amazing views of the surroundings. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The shuttle service to the beach was a great feature and made our beach trips easy and convenient.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Timeo for a week-long vacation. The location was outstanding, offering breathtaking views from the patio where breakfast was served. The staff members were extremely professional and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a top-notch experience. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the arrival process to the amenities, was exceptional. The shuttle service provided convenient access to the beach, and being able to use the facilities of their sister hotel, Villa Saint' Andrea, was a great bonus. it was a fantastic stay, worth every cent!

Great location, stunning Mount Etna views. Wonderful staff, attentive and helpful. Excellent restaurant with delicious food. Impeccably clean rooms, Villa Flora was lovely. Nice touch with coffee machine and free drinks in lobby. Shuttle service to sister hotel was reliable. a wonderful stay!

We had such a blast as a larger group of friends at this hotel! The facilities were top-notch, from the stunning pool to the well-equipped gym. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and attention to detail.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the charming and stylish rooms, with comfortable beds and beautiful marble bathrooms. the hotel's location next to the amphitheater was unbeatable, offering stunning views of the surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast on the veranda was a true pleasure, with delicious food and a breathtaking view of the nearby landmark.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the noise level during weddings held at the hotel. If you are not attending the wedding, you may be kept awake until the band stops playing.

By far one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I hold quite a high standard for hotels. Everything was literally perfect, from the food, the views, and most notably the staff. I was so impressed that I changed my flight home so that I could stay an extra night. Excellent location, terrific view, and great breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with our room always being spotless and plenty of clean towels provided daily. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool and a stunning terrace overlooking the sea and Mount Etna. The location was perfect, right next to the Greek Theatre, and there were two restaurants and a bar just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at the Grand Hotel Timeo. The value for money was exceptional, considering the dream-like quality of the pillows and bed, along with the breathtaking views. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access the beach and enjoy the facilities of the other Belmond Hotel. The staff, especially Alfio and his crew at the bar, were friendly, competent.

The only suggestion I have for improving breakfast is to address the issue with the wasps, which were quite bothersome every morning.
