The hotel provided a pick-up service from the airport which saved us the hassle of finding transportation. The breakfast served was good and there was a nearby Colombian restaurant that was recommended by the staff.

The communication regarding the shuttle pick-up was terrible as our confirmed shuttle was not there when we arrived. We had to rely on the help of a kind stranger to call the hotel and arrange for a taxi.
