We were thrilled that the hotel had an available suite, and even more delighted that they let us stay in the suite while only paying for a standard room. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to the metro station. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. As young parents, we appreciated the kids play corner in the lobby, which kept our 4-year-old entertained. Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond when it was my wife's birthday and prepared a cake for us to celebrate. The breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the city from the top of the hotel.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure a great experience. They even helped us resolve an issue with a taxi driver. Additionally, the room was comfortable and we slept well. The air conditioning and bed were both top-notch.

The hotel is in need of an update. The rooms were not well-maintained and had a smell in the bathroom.

We loved this place! The location in the El Cangrejo district was perfect! It was in a quiet area, yet close to public transport, restaurants, and shops! The staff was exceptional in every way, providing excellent room service, dry cleaning. We enjoyed chilling on the terrace and appreciated the ironing facilities, and free toiletries. The staff was so accommodating and made us feel at home right away!

I got great value for my money at Novotel in Panama. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is located in a lively residential neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and a park nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and located in a great location, close to restaurants and the business area. We had easy access to transportation, with a metro station nearby and cabs or Uber readily available. The breakfast buffet was well-assorted and served our purpose. We also appreciated the free parking and the convenience of having a refrigerator in the room to store medication.
