Friendly, genuine staff. We were greeted with a warm cup of tea upon arrival and the owner even took the time to chat with us. The rooms were tastefully updated with historic charm. The bathroom had a huge, hot shower with amazing water pressure. The rooftop lounge offered breathtaking views of the city. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all Quinto sites. The included breakfast, made to order, was delicious. I highly recommend Carlota Sustainable Design.

Spent my Xmas holiday at a cozy and quaint hotel in the heart of the old town. Loved the artistic design of the hotel and the friendly staff. The location was perfect, only a short walk to historic landmarks and local markets. The rooftop terrace was breathtaking and offered amazing views of the city. What I enjoyed the most were the complimentary drinks at the honesty bar and the traditional Xmas dinner, which offered a taste of the local cuisine.

The room was not completely isolated from the outside light, which could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. the food at the hotel restaurant was not very impressive and could definitely be improved.
