The hotel had nice furniture and was very clean. the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. One advantage was the beautiful hotel itself, with its attractive design and decor. the location was also key, making it convenient for exploring the city.

There were hidden charges that were not mentioned upfront. We had to pay $20 a day for valet parking, which wasn't disclosed.

My girlfriend accidentally got locked out of our room late at night after a wedding. She was in slippers and her pajamas, clearly locked out. The front desk lady was extremely rude, refusing to tell her my room number so she could knock. Thankfully, I woke up and found her. Absolutely ridiculous and lacking in common sense. However, the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel were excellent. I recommend this hotel despite the negative experience.
