That the room had no heater or air conditioning, so it got quite cold in the evenings. However, the hotel provided us with warm packs to help keep us warm, which was a nice gesture.

Easter at this hotel was great! the staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. the rooms were kept very clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary hot water bottle and chocolates offered every night. the location is perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the rooftop terrace was a great place to relax in the afternoon. the daily breakfast is also worth mentioning – I enjoyed the fresh fruits and the cooked eggs.

While my stay at this hotel was wonderful, there were a couple of downsides. the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the vibrant Foch area with its shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying all the activity in the area. You can easily find nice restaurants nearby to satisfy your cravings.

It's important to note that due to the old wooden building, some noise from other guests can be heard in the rooms, which may affect the overall tranquility of your stay.

Great location in a lively area. the rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views. the large and comfortable rooms were a plus. the staff were friendly and provided complimentary treats like dessert and a hot water bottle.

There were some issues with the electricity during the stay, which was not handled well by the staff. the breakfast also caused food poisoning, and the management did not apologize or offer a refund.

They even arranged an early breakfast for me before my tour. the wifi was reliable, and the breakfast options were simple but delicious, with fresh juices and made-to-order eggs. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home in this friendly and welcoming place.

I recently stayed at Terra Premium Hostal Boutique for a weekend getaway in Quito. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They assisted with everything from preparing breakfast to calling taxis and providing useful tips on local sights. The shower in our room was relaxing and the extra pillows were a nice touch. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The hotel building itself is beautiful and the rates were great. The highlight, however, was the friendly and helpful personnel who made our stay unforgettable.
