Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent pool area with individual loungers and larger beds. Brilliant pool bar food including the chicken panini. Very nice staff, shout out to Bruno the bar man. Good location near main sights. High-quality toiletries in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at The One Palacio Da Anunciada for a weekend getaway. The hotel's courtyard and pool area were absolutely delightful. The bell-boy team was exceptionally friendly and courteous. The decor of the hotel was fabulous, and the rooftop pool offered stunning views. The service, although slow, did not take away from the delicious food and overall fantastic experience. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the center. The building itself is impressive, being a newly converted Lisbon palace. I was pleasantly surprised by the dinner at the restaurant, it exceeded my expectations.
