The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel like old friends. The rooms were spotless, well-furnished, and welcoming. The full breakfast, especially the cinnamon rolls, was a highlight. Vinicio was helpful in arranging taxis, recommending local eateries, and even informing us about the laundry across the street. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax.

What a great Christmas holiday! I loved the warm and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make me feel at home. the breakfasts were delicious and filling, with a great variety of options. Plus, I really appreciated the complementary fruit and yogurt as a light and healthy snack during the day. the location was perfect, close to all the places I wanted to see and explore. And having a comfortable and clean room with excellent security definitely gave me peace of mind.
