One area that could be improved is the lack of a convenient emergency kit for guests who may fall ill during their stay. Providing basic medications for common ailments like fever or stomach issues could greatly enhance the guest experience, especially for those who may find it challenging to access medical assistance easily due to the hotel's secluded location.

the property is truly an oasis of peace and tranquility, offering a range of health treatments and relaxation options. This resort, like hotel exceeded all my expectations. the rooms are luxuriously spacious and beautifully decorated, with large bathrooms and a private balcony in the suite we stayed in. the service was exceptional, with special touches like a cake and flower decorations for our anniversary. the breakfast and dinner buffets were diverse and delicious, making it one of the best resort hotels I've experienced worldwide. the staff, especially Mr Farhan, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, adding to the overall wonderful experience. the property itself is well, maintained, with fantastic facilities including multiple restaurants, a large swimming pool, a spa, and even ebike rentals. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind, with impeccable hospitality and service that stands out.

As young holiday goers, we loved the tranquil and calm atmosphere of the hotel. The romantic vibes and family-friendly environment made it perfect for us. The warm hospitality of the frontdesk team and duty manager was exceptional, and the upgraded room was a pleasant surprise. The helpfulness of the staff and the convenience of the buggy service added to the overall great experience. We would definitely come back in the future.

The restaurant at this hotel offers a serene and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxed lunch. You can dine away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature and beautiful views of the hills and forest. The staff is extremely courteous and the food is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. The bathrooms are lavish, with all the essential amenities provided. The service at this hotel is top-notch and the breakfast spread is lavish and tasty. Guests can also enjoy activities such as horse riding, golf, and cycling.

The access road to the hotel at night can be a bit dark and deserted, which may be a bit scary for some guests.

The resort we stayed at was incredible - so huge and beautifully designed! Our room had a private sit out and the view of the surrounding area was absolutely stunning. the best part of our stay was definitely the food - it was delicious and there was such a wide variety. We also enjoyed the complementary activities offered on the grounds, which kept us entertained.

That the temperature control in the room was a little tricky to figure out at first - the heating seemed to be quite high. the last bit of the drive to the resort was a little confusing, as the roads were narrow and winding.
