The staff at Casa Q were extremely helpful and always willing to assist. We had a small issue with our airport shuttle, but they quickly resolved it and arranged a taxi for us. Our two-bedroom suite on the 7th floor was clean, comfortable, and had a small kitchenette. The rooftop terrace was a great bonus, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and skyline. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to a mall, food court, and the beautiful Carolina Park. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Casa Q.

I recently stayed in a modern and cozy hotel during my business trip in Ecuador. the staff was awesome! There are two complementary factors offered, which I enjoyed very much. the hotel had a fantastic rooftop terrace with hammocks offering beautiful scenery throughout the day. the location was convenient, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to different parts of the city.

There was only one negative aspect about the hotel, the temperature in the room was a bit chilly, but it was understandable, considering the hotel was in the coldest period of the year. However, the hotel's staff tried their best to help me and provided extra blankets to address the situation.
