I stayed at the welcoming hotel for a short beach getaway. the manager, Emad, was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. From the upgraded sea-view room to the generous breakfast, everything was top-notch. Clean and comfortable rooms with thoughtful amenities made our stay enjoyable. Emad's personalized recommendations and assistance with local arrangements truly made our visit memorable. Couldn't recommend more this hotel for its outstanding hospitality!

Well-maintained 50-60s period style, sumptuous breakfast, and prime location near the sea and town center. Clean rooms and Emad’s exceptional service, including organizing a free city tour, set this hotel apart, offering a quiet, clean.

A shared lounge, rooftop terrace, and shop. Free parking was a bonus in Marsa Matruh. I enjoyed the coffee shop and restaurant. Safety features galore. Centrally located near Cleopatra Rock.

The hotel had great facilities and amenities, perfect for young families. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Emad, the hotel manager. We loved the clean and tidy rooms with amazing sea views. The surprise chocolate cake and the souvenir were a nice touch. We even extended our stay and got a 50% discount. we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to go back.
