I was truly impressed by the top-notch service, with room service, housekeeping, and even an airport shuttle available. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival and providing assistance with tours and tickets. The room itself was superb, with cozy amenities such as a sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the stunning surroundings. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with complimentary toiletries and ironing facilities available.

The location in the hills just outside of the city was breathtaking, offering views that felt like they went on for miles. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and always greeted us with a smile. the breakfasts were delicious and always left us feeling satisfied.

The food was highly disappointing and seemed to lack any real creativity. the service in the restaurant was lackluster and often felt like an afterthought, which detracted from the overall experience.
