We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location up a huge hill above the city provided us with stunning panoramic views of the Conwy estuary. We were blown away by the magnificent scenery from the dining room. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, which made us feel instantly welcomed and relaxed. The room amenities such as heating, tea and coffee facilities, and even a mini-bar, added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the beautiful surroundings while relaxing on the comfortable garden furniture. The shared kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals if we desired. The bed linen was crisp and clean, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. We also found the carpeted floors to be a nice touch, adding to the overall coziness of the room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area provided delicious food and beverages, and the picnic area with tables allowed us to enjoy our meals while taking in the breathtaking views.

We had a wonderful family holiday at a delightful accommodation. The ensuite room provided a stunning view, and the evening meals were delicious. The spacious self-catering kitchen was clean and well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze. The hostel had great facilities, including a games room and lounge. The location was perfect, with plenty of interesting places to explore nearby. Despite it being February half term, there was no shortage of activities to keep us entertained. I would highly recommend this place for a memorable family getaway.

We had a very nice city break last month. the accommodations were comfortable and had a good kitchen and dining room. the views of the nearby waterway and valley were amazing. We also enjoyed the easy walk into the downtown area and having the choice of private or shared bathrooms.

We did find some areas that could have used improvement. the heating in the rooms were not always consistent, making it a bit chilly at times.
