I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, from the luggage porters to the bar staff, were exceptionally nice and helpful. The hotel's best asset is definitely its staff. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view of the city was breathtaking and the hotel's location was safe and ideal, being close to great restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient, opening at 4am to cater to those leaving early for tours. The hotel also had good biosecurity measures in place, which gave me peace of mind.

We stayed at the Hilton and were impressed with its prime location, just steps away from the historic center and local attractions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing oasis after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel very welcome. The hotel is conveniently located near a craft market and some delicious restaurants. We loved that we could easily walk to these places and explore the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with effective air conditioning to keep us cool during the hot weather.

One thing we didn't like was the slow service at the main restaurant during breakfast. Even though there were only a few guests, it took a while for the staff to attend to us and take our beverage orders.

The key system of the hotel could be improved, as some guests experienced issues with reactivating their cards multiple times in one day.

The location was excellent for accessing attractions in Quito. The staff was very helpful, even accommodating an extra night for us and sending a sweet surprise to our room.

La posizione è perfetta per visitare tutto il versante orientale della Sicilia. Con Taormina a soli 15 minuti di distanza, si può godere di tutte le bellezze di questa città incantevole. Anche la spiaggia di Sant'Alessio è bellissima e offre un mare cristallino. Inoltre, ci sono ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze dove si può gustare la deliziosa cucina siciliana.

L'unica nota negativa è che non sono presenti aree comuni nel B&B, ma questo può essere facilmente compensato dalla bellezza delle camere e dalla cordialità del personale.

Our stay at the Hilton Colon was fantastic! The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the city. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions in Quito. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from extending our reservation to surprising us with chocolate covered strawberries.

The hotel offers a great location, with several restaurants nearby and a craft market across the street. It is also conveniently close to the old town, just a $3 cab ride away. The rooms have comfortable beds and a nice view of the park and mountains. Room service was prompt and the pizza was tasty.

The check-in process can be confusing and require multiple staff members to get involved. The bathroom is small with limited counter space and poor lighting.

The breakfast buffet was nice, and it was great that they opened early at 4am for those heading to the Galapagos. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable.
